Homvel Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Homvel. We/Us (“Homvel”) are committed to providing You (“Customer”) with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience on www.homvel.com (“Site”).

This Cancellation, Replacement, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms of Use (“Terms”), defines Homvel’s procedures and conditions regarding cancellation, replacement, return, and refund of Homvel products (“Products”).

Applicability

By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order for Products, You agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms without modification.

Homvel reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Customers are advised to review the Policy periodically to stay informed of the applicable terms at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of Products

  • Orders may be cancelled before the Product is shipped.

  • Once the Product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns / Replacement of Products

You may raise a request for return or replacement within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery (“Replacement Period”), provided one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • The Product is received in a physically damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or before installation).

  • The Product is defective or not functioning properly.

  • An incorrect Product has been delivered.

  • Missing Product parts or accessories, reported within 24 hours of delivery or before installation.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The Product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with:

    • Original invoice/sales receipt

    • Brand outer box

    • MRP tags intact

    • User manual

    • Warranty card

    • All original accessories in manufacturer packaging

  • Replacement requests should be registered immediately on the Site.

Homvel reserves the right to verify the claim and may:

  • Request images/videos of the Product

  • Schedule a call or physical inspection

Based on the assessment, Homvel may approve or reject the request at its sole discretion.

Replacement will be processed only after:

  • The Product is returned in original condition

  • Serial number/barcode matches Homvel records

Exclusions

Homvel will not replace Products that are:

  • Damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation

  • Modified or altered by the Customer or any third party

  • Devalued due to improper use

Homvel’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Water purifier cartridges

  • Filters and membranes

  • Clean Guard products

  • Water softener regeneration salt

  • Any consumables

Return Time Limit

  • No return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted after 10 days from the delivery date.

  • No returns or refunds will be entertained after installation, even if within the 10-day window.

Refunds

  • Refunds may be requested at the time of cancellation or return, provided payment has been received by Homvel.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 48–72 hours after the returned Product is received and verified at Homvel’s warehouse.

  • Refunds are processed only if:

    • Product is returned in original condition

    • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.

Customers will be contacted for bank details in case of COD refunds.

Refund Exclusions

  • No refunds on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

  • No refunds once the Product is installed and operational.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Limitation of Liability

Except for manufacturing defects, Homvel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of property, personal injury, or death arising from the use or operation of Products.

No claims will be entertained for losses due to damage or shortage after delivery.

Modifications

Homvel reserves the right to modify Product specifications, features, designs, and terms as part of continuous improvement. Updated terms will be published on the Site.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
